At Linzor Capital Partners, integrity and ethical conduct are at the core of our operation. To maintain our commitment to these values, we have established a grievance channel as a safe and confidential way for any person to promptly report concerns about suspected violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable laws, and company policies, as well as complaints and grievances in relation to our direct operations and/or those of our portfolio companies.
If you wish, you may report concerns anonymously. Linzor is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all submissions, subject to our obligation to investigate and comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.
We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports actual or suspected violations in good faith.

All reports will be thoroughly investigated by a senior member of the firm or an external third party appointed by Linzor Capital Partners, if appropriate. We maintain records of each investigation, including the initial report, steps taken in the inquiry, outcomes, and any corrective actions implemented. All records are treated as confidential.

    En Linzor Capital Partners, la integridad y la conducta ética son primordiales para nuestra operación. Con el fin de mantener nuestro compromiso con estos valores, hemos establecido el canal de denuncias como un medio seguro y confidencial para que cualquier persona pueda reportar de manera oportuna
    cualquier inquietud sobre posibles violaciones de nuestro Código de Conducta, leyes aplicables o políticas de la empresa, así como quejas y denuncias relacionadas a nuestras actividades directas y/o las de nuestras compañías de portafolio.

    Si lo desea, puede presentar sus inquietudes de forma anónima. Linzor se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de todas las denuncias, sujeto a nuestra obligación de investigar y cumplir con los requisitos legales o regulatorios correspondientes.

    Prohibimos estrictamente cualquier represalia contra quienes reporten, de buena fe, violaciones reales o sospechadas.

    Todos los reportes serán investigados a fondo por un miembro senior de la firma o por un tercero externo designado por Linzor Capital Partners, si corresponde. Mantenemos registros de cada investigación, incluyendo el reporte inicial, los pasos tomados durante la investigación, los resultados y las acciones correctivas implementadas.
