Operating Partner | Technology Guillermo Güemez Sarre is Deputy General Director of Innovation at Grupo Financiero Banorte, where he previously held the position of General Director of Technology. Mr. Güemez served as Chief Technology Officer during the first years of Walmart Bank. He also worked at Telmex, the leading telecommunications company in Mexico, as Product Director at RedUno and as General Director of the Triara data center. Mr. Güemez was the leader of several projects for EDS, Booz Allen and Hamilton Consulting.

Mr. Güemez is currently a member of the Mexican Stock Exchange’s Technology Committee. He graduated as a Computer Systems Engineer from ITESM in Mexico and has an MBA from Stanford University.
